Who we are
Founded in 2024, FRAG advises private and public sector organisations on financial reporting, audit, sustainability and financial management. We work where the standards meet the ground: hyperinflation restatement, IPSAS transition, and disclosure that survives an audit.
Robust financial reporting, effective internal controls, and sound financial management are the cornerstones of sustainable development, public accountability, and investor confidence.
We hold specialised expertise in the practical application of IFRS for private sector entities and IPSAS for public sector organisations, recognising that the two carry genuinely different reporting requirements.
Our understanding of the local regulatory landscape runs deep — the Public Finance Management Act, the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, and an evolving monetary policy environment that shapes every set of financial statements produced in this market.
That combination lets us guide organisations through IFRS implementation, IPSAS adoption, hyperinflation accounting, and the rising demands of sustainability disclosure — without treating any of them as a theoretical exercise.

Standards are global. Applying them here is not. Our work sits at that intersection — and it is where most reporting difficulties actually arise.
Tell us what you're working through. We'll tell you plainly whether we're the right people for it, and what the work would involve.
